Policy Statement : Foreign nationals who commit chargeable offenses will face immediate deportation.

At the time of visa issuance, applicants must sign a consent agreement acknowledging this policy. Non-compliance will result in enforcement by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

      Chargeable Offenses: Criminal acts that warrant legal prosecution under Canadian law.
