Policy Statement : Commercial truck drivers convicted of drug transportation or aiding in cargo theft shall have their commercial driver’s license (CDL) revoked for 10 years and shall be downgraded to a G-Class license.

Transportation business owners convicted of drug trafficking or cargo theft shall be prohibited from operating any transportation-related business for a period of 10 years. All convictions related to cargo theft or drug busts must be reported in the CVOR system and included in the trucking company and truck operator’s license abstract. This policy aims to deter illegal activities within the transportation industry and promote safety and compliance.
