More Than a Suburb

Brampton is close to Pearson airport, major highways and a large market. It has 250 cultures, 171 languages and strength in food, arts, sports, entrepreneurship and industry.

My goal is to make Brampton a recognized destination for investment, business, culture, food, sport, education and talent.

Brampton Global Week

Brampton Global Week will unite business, technology, culture, food, sport and community through an investment summit, local-business showcases, cultural experiences, youth events, tournaments, delegations and a Made in Brampton marketplace.

The event will be judged by visitor spending, hotel stays, business leads, contracts, local participation and media reach—not only by attendance at opening ceremonies.

Made in Brampton

Made in Brampton will promote local companies, restaurants, artists, athletes and creators; support procurement and exports; and connect visitors to food, culture and events.

Investment Missions With Public Results

Business missions must identify target companies, sectors and meetings beforehand and report leads, costs, next steps and results afterward.

Brampton has credible advantages in advanced manufacturing, AI and cybersecurity, food processing, health and life sciences, logistics, mobility, aerospace, defence, film and creative production, and sports tourism.

Visitor-Ready Gateways

Gateways and visitor routes need coordinated signs, landscaping, cleanliness, lighting, attraction information, transit connections and reliable roads.

Stronger Downtown and Urban Centres

Brampton needs urban centres where residents and visitors can spend time, attend events and support businesses. The strategy will connect business, culture, public space, housing, transit, safety and year-round programming.

Announcements must be tied to construction stages, responsible funding and public timelines.

Brampton should be known not only for where its people came from, but for what they are building together.
